Maintenance Experts, Inc. was founded in 1959 by Thomas Chase who today is still the owner and President of the company.

In the beginning, our jobs were small and our clients few, but Tom knew that he would be successful only if his clients were pleased with the work being done. Tom’s sincerity and the hard work of those he hires, has built a solid reputation for the Maintenance Experts, Inc. name. Maintenance Experts, Inc. provides a variety of services to businesses in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area and greater Minnesota.
